If you watch the whole video, it tells you. They are Cooking Gauntlets obtained by completing the: Family Crest quest. Helps burn less food. I reccomend getting these(:

I’m getting 99 cooking and i know for sure at the moment its about 8m from 65. That’s only beacuse lobsters are going up alot in price. However i don’t know about 1-99. Hope this helps.
