you didnt do the recipe right, bad technique, bad habits and you call the recipe a failure? lolright.
eggyolk?
try redoing this video because you didn’t mix the stuff together correctly. Just like cream to whipped cream, you need to mix in air. Use a hand mixer or those kitchen aid stand mixtures to mix the ingredients together. I like your videos but if I see something you did wrong, I’ll call you out on not to make you bad but more to just make sure the information is correct and so that people don’t watch this and get some information wrong from your video.
sorry to say. but you screwed up this recipe you mixed it wrong
We have no miracle whip in Australia
You needed a electric hand held mixer.
Exactly. The reason it’s not white, or thick, is because you did not incorporate air. You can’t really call this a fail…
Anywho, the show is still great. Keep up the good work…but I still want to see Test 3.
it’s sweeter than mayo and also tangy like vinegar. They almost sell it as much as mayo but it’s pretty nasty.
While its true that it may not have been mixed enough he was supposed to follow the recipe exactly. 15 seconds wouldnt have been enough even if he used a jet turbine to mix the stuff.
Also.. I’m a weird person. I like regular mayo and miracle whip just fine.. then again I can also drink coke or pepsi and not care. I dont see a big enough difference between the two to like one and hate the other- but tasting it straight up, any condiment tastes disgusting, so… eh.
the show isn’t about me. it’s about choosing products that are well known. Arby’s Horsey sauce is good, but not everyone knows it. So I went with national brand names. The next one will be good. I already filmed it. Real food. Yeah!
Maybe it had to be whisked much in the same manner as butter is churned to froth-en it up? I dunno, In that case, you would have probably been there all day lol!
I see, then that would be a failure on the books part XD
Well it also could have been the book told him to mix it with a whisk and not with a mixer…In that case it would be a fault on the book not on Jack.
jack your the best!!!!!!!!!!!
oh i agree with you that seems really short, alton brown has some good tips for making mayonnaise. keep up the good videos! =)
your lucky.
Lol my family and I got that Todd Wilbur book for my grandma- she loves to cook! It’s so cool to look through it.
can you try the big mac yet?
jack do the bigmack
i never heard of it before maybes cause im from australia
Nice ryming ;D
hah
Miracle Whip is disguesting.
Jack you’re awesome, but didn’t you say in the beginning that it was supposed to be the egg WHITE? That would explain the yellow (and the dry mustard). But there are no eggs or mustard in Miracle Whip so no wonder it doesn’t taste like it, which is disappointing since I like Miracle Whip.
thanks jack! putting that photo up for me im rsgiver 12 nick um thanks alot it means alot
