all the canned cranberry sauces use corn syrup to sweeten.Sugar is a nutritionally better sweetener.

This is awkward…first, since the delicate flavors of the port are going to get kicked in the face by OJ and cranberry flavors, the port ought to be cheap. Second, it’s funny watching people who don’t know cooking or cuisine bumble superfluously in the kitchen. Third, try and keep the “we’re both after a bit of strange” look off your faces, it’s cooking and not hotel porn!

I just finished making this for dinner today and I gotta say it was super easy and when I tasted it warm – yummy!! It was also cool to watch the berries become sauce – I was wondering how that went down. I look forward to this on my turkey in a few hours! Thanks!
BTW went with a Tawny Port.
