    If you wanna try something else fried that is very good you can mix bread and a little bit chese in a mixer so it get into very small pieces then put them on a plate. Then you crack some eggs and stir it around a bit, then you dipp the fish/meat in the eggs and then dipp it in the breadmix. After that its just to fry it.
    If you do like that you will get a very crispy and delicious piece of fried meat/fish :D
    (Use cheddar and pita bread for the breadmix)

    excellent video. i just felt that a a little bit of ground green chillies would make it a little more spicy.

    few tips ay i rekon u should ease up on the butter cos it started to steam almost, if u want it to be cripier use olive oil but not to much
