    I think that this is one of the best ways I have ever seen to cook something.
    Thank you for posting the Roti Recipe.
    I always wondered how hard it would be to do it.

    aunty jee one question, is it 1/2 cup water or 1/4th cup water, because in the video you used 2 different size of the cups for the flour and water, the one used to measure water is smaller??? thanks for your time and energy. Thanks for all the videos, Paula Dean aap ke aage paani bhare.

    Mam , are you using a plate on the counter table on which you are rolling the roti ? I am using a wooden round thing . but it is sliding on the counter while rolling . pls advice.

    You made it look so easy-thanks! One question about the naan recipe-what temp. in oven do you use? i made naan at 400F but they turned out too hard. Maybe I should try the pizza stone. Thanks!

    Namaste! Thank you for the inspiration and a great vid! I just have finished cooking mines. They went great, puffed nicely. Although the shape was not perfect, my family seemed even not to notice. :-)
