    Overcooked and overdone. A good steak should be served rare with nothing but salt and pepper.

    Good, but you shouldn’t use a hook to flip the steaks. You should use a metal spatula. But good.

    nice “how to” vid but if you like your cut med/ or under. Never salt your cut first it drys out the meat corse or otherwise..
