    I am similar to you in that all natural, healthy snacks and meals are important to me (real butter, no artifical sweets, real mayo). THANKS SO much Bethenny! I tried this and it was yummy -the taste is almost like a cheescake! I used to eat Ezekekiel bread but totally forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder!

    I’ve been eating healthy for about 2 years
    Especially after going vegetarian, but i still have my moments where I don’t make the best choices :P

    Thank you :) I’m seventeen and I’ve been trying to change my eating habits for the better. More water, tea (no soda or much juice), soymilk, grains, wheat, granola, almonds and fruit! I have two p.e. classes and I have been cutting more meat out of my diet (I eat meat maybe 2-3 times a week). Thank you for these tips, it helps me choose better foods! :D
