    Hi Mofo- I agree in most situations 30 grams could be a lot for a woman, especially if she does not have the same bodybuilding goals that I have. I have 25-30 grams of protein at each meal..and at my weight, that is appropriate for building muscle. But I agree, if you do not train as intensively as I do, you may be able to have less protein at each meal.:)

    Wow, you certainly look great but I’d be worried about the high protein intake. 30 grams at breakfast gives you half of your daily allotment, (even more for a female) and if you have 5-6 meals a day with the same amount you’re well over 100 grams which can be potentially harmful in the long term.

    Awesome video Ava! I am a big fan of any spicy chicken type food, I will try yours. You crack me up with the sorry u-tube deleted the shower scene! Great production, love the camera in the fridge! I think this video series is very helpfull for anyone trying to be fit, can’t wait to see more!
