    that fish looks perfect for Cullen Skink (its a type of soup, so it’s nicer than it sounds lol), just thinking cause I’m not sure the flesh of the fish would be too good in batter

    Jack: I would love to see a video series of lazy, but good and somewhat healthy foods. So many healthy foods are just bland, soggy, and (heaven forbid!) butterless. Show us a few “Good For You Too” videos.

    Quick tip Jack: The steal that you grabbed when talking about sharpening your knives (yes that’s called a steal, or a hone) is not for sharpening. It is, as the name (hone) implies, for honing the sharp edge. You should use the sharpening stone (the best ones have three sides {course, medium, and fine} and use a little mineral oil) and then use the hone to “fine tune” the edge. A good rule of thumb is to do 30 swipes, on the stone, on each side of the blade, then on each side of the stone. -Adam
