that fish looks perfect for Cullen Skink (its a type of soup, so it’s nicer than it sounds lol), just thinking cause I’m not sure the flesh of the fish would be too good in batter

WIN
Thanks, this served well to fine tune my fillet skills.
@jakatak69 your welcome man your videos are awsome!
Jack: I would love to see a video series of lazy, but good and somewhat healthy foods. So many healthy foods are just bland, soggy, and (heaven forbid!) butterless. Show us a few “Good For You Too” videos.
Thanks for the video!
@jakatak69 Wow those fish that were shown were “Whoppers” Hope ya catch one like that when you go fishing jack and then fillet it on a vid that’d be awesome

Quick tip Jack: The steal that you grabbed when talking about sharpening your knives (yes that’s called a steal, or a hone) is not for sharpening. It is, as the name (hone) implies, for honing the sharp edge. You should use the sharpening stone (the best ones have three sides {course, medium, and fine} and use a little mineral oil) and then use the hone to “fine tune” the edge. A good rule of thumb is to do 30 swipes, on the stone, on each side of the blade, then on each side of the stone. -Adam
