    If you can bring the egg whites to stiff white peack by hand… I suppose so. Otherwise you’ll really need a mixer. Try the hard discount retailers – They have the less expenive brands!

    You are only suppose to mix the sugar with the egg yolks, the egg whites are beaten seperatly. Watch the vid again carefully and have another go.
