    I love stuffed artichokes! I never throw out the stem, though. I cut it into cubes and stick it inside some of the leaves, and it gets soft when it cooks, and tastes like the delicious bottom part of the artichoke ^_^

    I love the outtakes on the most recent vids.

    This one brought tears to my eyes. My grandma grew up in the same era as Clara, but she passed away in 1991 in her 70′s. Here Clara has her holiday dishes, Grandma had hers. The one thing I never took the time to learn from Grandma was candy making. I’ll never have Divinity like that again. No one else makes it the same.
