Hello Natalie, your videos are great! I share your concerns about healthy eating and I was wondering if you could tell us a bit more about canned fish, especially tuna. I already know that a can of tuna is very high in sodium, but this is pretty much all I can eat as meat (I simply do not like meat and cannot digest it very well, with fish being an exception). I usually choose tuna in brine…but what I want to know is whether tuna in olive oil is bad? Doesn’t the oil get bad during heating?

When you add the 1/2 cup of applesause instead of the butter make sure your applesauce is the unsweetened kind! Look at the lable and DO NOT buy the kind that is sweetened with sugar or high fructose corn syrup-only applesauce and possbily citric acid as preservative. Then put less sugar in the recipe-adjust by a 1/4 to 1/2 less than your recipe calls for. You can always adjust more or less on your next recipe attempt.
