    Outstanding video as always, but what concerns me is this:

    People are almost always rushing in the morning. Also, not everyone is good at buying certain types of food, cooking, or following recipes. Every morning, we would have to measure everything and then eat something which more than likely want fill us up completely. How can people easily make a change from a lifestyle of going to McDonalds or Burger King to a healthy lifestyle?

    What I think are healthy breakfast ideas are:

    Bowl of Oatmeal with raisins (no sugar) and a glass of water;

    Natural Organic Eggs with an english muffin and a banana;

    A Japanese dish of Miso Soup, a small bowl of white rice, and a small slice of Salmon

    “Saugage gravy on Texas toast, 2 eggs over easy, bacon, hashbrowns w/onions & cheese, blueberry pancakes w/ butter & syrup & a big glass of cold milk. Oh yea babe!” You would think science could come up with a way to make that super healthy. Perhaps with nanotechnology they can do it and still make it taste good.

    I think Natalie should start a fast food chain based on healthy food. If the business plan is done right it would beat McDonald’s in no time. I’d call it Natalie’s. Lol, I can hear it now at the drive-thru, ” I’ll have one Natsmoothy, two Natyogurts with blueberries, and three Natacos with black beans, please.”

    yogurt is not good for you anyway. They all have sugars in them. Find one without any sugar added, and a organic grass fed cow. Even then, the probiotics inside the yogurt is very little.
