they don’t. take a look at weston a. price’s research. the healthiest people in the world eat tons of animal fat and protein. one example is the Eskimos; they eat no vegetables, only marine animals and fish. their diet consists of 80 % saturated fat, which supposedly is so dangerous according to the “experts”. they are never ill, strong as fuck and don’t have diabetes or heart disease. another example are the african masai tribe: milk and meat, almost no vegetables. great health.

my healthy breakfast is 2 poached local free range eggs cooked in extra virgin coconut oil, 4 slices of ezekiel or gensis sprouted grain bread, and pasture butter. this is what i switched to when i wanted to lose wieght and keep it off. cereal and milk didn’t do the trick for me.

read my mind, steaks and eggs, or if broke like me, ground beef and eggs!

    Screw grains, where’s the beef?

i disagree with almost everything in this video. there is NO research to indicate that animal fat and protein is bad for the human body. mainstream nutritional advice is such a load of bullshit. the research we have on saturated fat shows the exact opposite - it’s healthy.

i’ll give you a good breakfast:
    organic bacon
    organic eggs
    organic whole milk

the more animal fat and protein the better. load up on vegetables too.

i agree with louise, pretty much every healthy thing to have for breakfast is unappealing to me. i’m probably the most picky person when it comes to heathy food. i hate fruit and veggies the only heathy thing i ever put towards my mouth are 3 grapes and water.
