Why did you not just put the whole procedure in one video clip instead of these? You didn’t even bother to label which is step 1 and so on. Am beginning to think of the same reason why you have a mustache in the first place and won’t wonder if you’ll have a beard next time around.. Fore’head’player . .

I wanna try eggplant parmesan because I want to try something other than a chicken dish.

My recommendation is to go to Expertvillage and view the videos, they are still not in order, but it is easier to tell what order they go in.

what an idiot… you are supposed to put the eggplant into the egg first. then into just bread crumbs… then in the pan.

    E ’stupido.

Actually you dredge them in flour, Then Egg (Or egg wash which is thinned with either water or milk), Then bread crumbs with parmesan cheese mixed in the bread crumbs. That’s where the name eggplant parmesan comes from. THE CHEESE! This doesn’t even look like he uses the cheese! This dish is just his version of fried eggplant NOT eggplant parmesan.

Can YOU give me the recipe?
    lol

    I’d appreciate it.

@IvanaToke There are many websites where you can can find proper recipes. And several other videos on here as well which are much better.

I’ve discovered two things. There is no champaign in the “champaign room” and there are no experts on “Expertvillage”.
