    It wasn’t the same plate, the old plate would have had fishy juice all over it, the one he puts it on looks clean to me!

    doesn’t matter if you put it in same plate; once you clean it with bit of lemon, it dont matter really, only if it’s a whole tilapia and not a fillet, then you clean more
