    It’s not really clear where exactly you’re putting the thermometer. Which is kind of the point of the video. It should be inserted on the side nearest the camera! You’re not piercing the breast meat itself, just sliding the thermo into the joint? Hard to see, exactly.

    I always take the temp at a few places. at the thigh like in the vid (directly in the crease where the breast meets the thigh ) and in the middle of the breast
    if its stuffed i also check the middle of the stuffing
    everythng should be at least 165F
