Sounds excellent! Great idea, and at 1/6th the price of a comparable Mountainhouse meal!

I agree 100% Nothing wrong with pork. Dont let the beefers and the jews tell you pork is bad. It is good meat!!

Watching this just brought a warm fuzzy smile to my face Dave. Thanks. I actually use a lot of the different Lipton rices and pastas all the time. Cheap, delicious, and easy. Try throwing in some tuna sometime. On of my favorites is the Lipton Parmesan fetuccini with an envelope of Herb & Garlic flavored tuna. Mmmmm!!

Great video Dave. Are there any wild edibles in your area this time of year? I was thinking nuts from hickory or maybe walnuts. Any cattail? I dont live in your area, and was just curious. Thanks again for your videos.

I just love how well Dave speaks, he is really able to communicate his ideas in an easy to comprehand language and as someone who has done very little true survival camping it is very easy to understand and get basic knowledge.

Got to say, Ive never really found a hobby that fit me. always have been the nature type but could never find something that fit. I started to watch bushmaster videos and developed an interest in this sort of thing. these videos have been not only educational but inspirational. I find myself frequently looking to see if there have been new posts to learn and do and enjoy. Thank you Dave!

is that a dog food dish? my dog has a dish that looks just like that. i’ve never really thought about it, but i suppose they would make good survival dishes since they are made to sit out in the rain and snow.
