    You are only suppose to mix the sugar with the egg yolks, the egg whites are beaten seperatly. Watch the vid again carefully and have another go.

    very well done i made it with southern comfort and it came out great i put 2 shots in itbut on christmas il be adding alot more lets say half a bottle of southern comfort and jack daniels wiskey to brighten up the holidays or should i say blur out lol thanx man i never new it was so easy to make but do now

    you don’t need to put alcohal if you dont want alcohal and want to share it with your kids or ex-alcoholic wife (lmao) just use some vanilla extract, it has that same after taste as rum but it tastes like waters, idk how.. but yah itll smell like vanilly rum and itll work just great with your holdiay evenings :) cheers to all.
