I wanted to tell you that the energy that is emanating from your body is very attractive and sexy. Keep eating well. I don’t know if you are a mother, but you would make one hell of a high quality mother. Also, you seem to have a very healthy nervous system, also very attractive since humans are “brain” animals, mothers need to supply about 11g of DHA per day to their baby while breast feeding. You also seem to have a highly mineralized body.

    Ani!

Love your shows and recipes. Question..where can I find honey dates to buy? As well as these other dates. It seems most of what I find are the Medjool dates. Please reply. More video recipes please! ;-)

you can order different varieties online, or find them at your local farmer’s market, especially if you are in socal or in the dessert

She is very right about orange juice. Just imagine that awful stuff at the grocery store that is almost pure water and sugar. No way.
Just eat or blend a whole orange!
